At Sheree MG Masale, we are committed to delivering high-quality whole spices while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Due to the nature of food products, refunds are governed by specific conditions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective, expired, or contaminated
  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

2. Refund Request Timeline

Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be considered.

To process a refund request, customers must provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear images or video of the product and outer packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

3. Verification Process

All refund requests are subject to verification by our quality and support team. Once verified and approved, the refund process will be initiated accordingly.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. If payment was made via bank transfer or cash-based methods, refund details will be requested separately.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider

Sheree MG Masale is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Orders with multiple items where only some items are affected
  • Bulk orders with limited damage or incorrect quantity

The refund amount will be calculated after verification.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Orders placed with incorrect address or details provided by the customer
  • Bulk or custom orders, unless damaged or incorrect

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted

9. Policy Changes

Sheree MG Masale reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
