At Sheree MG Masale, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of food and spice products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

As our products are food items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective or contaminated
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear images or video of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

3. Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to verification. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will inform you about the next steps, including return pickup or replacement processing.

4. Replacement Policy

If a return is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability
  • Replacement products will be dispatched after verification of the issue

Replacement timelines may vary based on location and product availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not available
  • The issue cannot be resolved with a replacement

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used spice products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Bulk or custom-packed orders unless damaged or incorrect

7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping arrangements will be guided by Sheree MG Masale after approval
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Shipping costs for approved returns due to our error will be borne by us

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

9. Policy Updates

Sheree MG Masale reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
